If the monthly billing is expected to exceed the minimum deposit the deposit will be
based on one and one-half times the previous twelve months average of an existing
business or, if new, a similar business average during the past twelve month period. A
Fidelity Bond will be accepted in lieu of a deposit. Failure to keep bond current will
result in termination of service, meter deposits are required by the City Charter
